Scott Waugh is a native of Huntington having graduated from Huntington East High School and Marshall University.  He received his bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education K-8 and earned his master’s degree in Behavioral Disorders including Autism. Scott is in his 29^th year of teaching in Cabell County.  He has taught autism, 3^rd, 4^th, and many years in 5^th grade.  Four years ago, Scott wanted a big change and transferred to second grade.  He has finally found his niche and loves it.
